U of Digital, the leading educator serving the digital media and advertising industry is pleased to announce the appointment of Tameka Kee as Head of AI Enablement & Strategy. In this role, Kee will lead U of Digital’s rapidly expanding AI training portfolio, develop cutting-edge curriculum, and position the company as the go-to enablement partner for marketing and advertising professionals navigating AI transformation.
“Tameka is the right leader for this moment. Demand for AI training exploded in 2025,” said Myles Younger, Chief Growth Officer at U of Digital. “It was like a light switch got turned on for ads and marketing teams everywhere. The range of industry experience that Tameka is bringing to U of Digital is going to ensure we are building high-impact AI education resources for our industry. This is a critical moment, because the pace of change and the need for excellent training is only going to pick up in 2026. We’re so thrilled she’s joining U of Digital.”
A Strategic Builder with Deep Industry Roots
Tameka brings 15+ years of experience at the forefront of digital advertising and marketing technology. Most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Programming and Operations at the Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement (CIMM), she transformed the organization’s event portfolio from a single half-day gathering into nearly a dozen annual programs serving senior executives across media companies, agencies, and measurement vendors.
“This opportunity sits at the intersection of three threads that have defined my career: being at the forefront of emerging trends, creating opportunities for people to learn, and building networks of expert resources,” said Kee. “What excites me about AI is how it connects to the advertising ecosystem I know and love—adtech, martech, commerce, and content. The people working in these channels need to understand what AI transformation means for their jobs and their careers.”
“The digital advertising industry is at a pivotal moment with AI,” said Shiv Gupta, U of Digital CEO. “Professionals need practical, credible guidance from people who are actually using these tools daily. Tameka’s unique combination of strategic thinking, industry relationships, and proven ability to build scalable learning programs makes her the ideal person to lead our AI practice into its next phase of growth.”
Throughout her career—including roles at AdMonsters, Rubicon Project, and Black Innovation Alliance—Tameka has remained at the leading edge of emerging trends. Her clients, partners and projects have included eMarketer, AdMonsters and Digiday in the U.S., Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Advertising Week LATAM in Mexico City, and the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Building Infrastructure for AI Enablement at Scale
In her new role, Tameka will take ownership of U of Digital’s AI education strategy—from developing curriculum and recruiting subject matter experts to designing enterprise customization models. Her focus will be on creating the infrastructure that allows U of Digital to scale AI training efficiently while maintaining the practitioner-led, application-focused approach that sets the company apart.
Thought Leadership and Industry Evangelism
Beyond curriculum development and program management, Tameka will serve as a visible face of U of Digital AI expertise—speaking at industry conferences, being a thought leader, and building partnerships with leading organizations. Her extensive network across the advertising and marketing ecosystem positions her perfectly to drive market presence and awareness.
