I’ve spent 13 years as a performance marketer where I had the joy of working with some of the biggest companies in the world all the way down to small D2C start ups. In the last seven years, I’ve found a passion for leading Digital Marketing training for brand and buy-side companies. I really love this stuff. As our Head of Customer Success, Madison, says, “Veronica is like, really really into ad tech.”

I learned about U of Digital a few years ago, after a rousing ad fraud discussion on Twitter — Yes, it was still Twitter! — with members of the U of D team. After that, I always tuned in to U of Digital’s Twitter chats. I knew this company was something special with a unique POV and approach.

What excites me most about U of Digital is the opportunity to contribute to a platform that is not just about imparting knowledge but about empowering individuals to thrive in a fast-evolving digital world. Don’t get me wrong, Digital marketing is FUN, but there’s ALWAYS a new TLA (three letter acronym) to learn. I’ve always believed that education should be a transformative experience, and U of Digital embodies that belief with its hands-on, real-world approach to teaching.

Let’s be honest: We’ve all experienced a not-so-great training: awkward silences, people you don’t know talking at the speed of light, going 15 minutes over “because we need to get through it all.”

You won’t find that here.

As an educator and a practitioner, I know this field changes quickly and a lot of the concepts can be really heavy. My singular focus the last seven years has been, “How do I create a training that isn’t boring or too complicated?” That’s what brought me into U of Digital: the experience isn’t just rinse and repeat. We care about how you actually feel and what you can truly take back with you from a training, not just that you attended. That’s where my role comes in.

While Director of Learning Experience isn’t a common title, I absolutely think it should be. I’m laser focused on providing our Learners and Experts a better experience, whether it’s on-demand learning, live workshops, public events, or even just a simple scheduling email. I’ve been a marketer. I’ve been an educator. I know it’s hard out here. My goal is to make it just a little bit better every day.

When I’m not reading about tech, you can probably find me trying a new craft (current love: crochet), perfecting a mocktail recipe (currently sipping: lavender basil lemonade), all while being a little Too Online for my own good. (Yes, I probably know what that meme of the day is, and yes, I’m happy to explain it.)

I’m really excited to connect with the incredible community of students, experts, and partners that make U of Digital so unique. Whether you’re a seasoned digital marketer looking to sharpen your skills or someone just starting out in the field, I’m here to support you. I believe in the power of community, and I’m excited to contribute to and grow within this vibrant network. I’m so looking forward to meeting you and learning more about what you want to accomplish on your education journey!
