I’ve always been the kind of person who sees a messy process or an inefficiency and thinks, there’s got to be a better way to do this.

That instinct—to organize, streamline, and problem-solve—has shaped my career and led me to work across a wide range of organizations focused on education, international development, peace and conflict resolution, humanitarian aid, refugee support, and social justice. Now, I’m excited to bring that expertise to U of Digital, where I’ll be supporting clients, optimizing operations, and helping drive impact in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve tackled all kinds of operational challenges, from managing multi-million-dollar budgets to coordinating international trainings and migrating massive data systems. I’ve scaled operations, overseen logistics, led high-stakes donor compliance audits and built project management systems from scratch. No matter the role, my focus has always been the same: figure out what’s slowing things down, find a solution, and help people work more effectively, and essentially living by the motto great ideas, when paired with smart operations, can drive real impact.

My work has taken me around the world—from Berlin to New York to London—giving me a deep appreciation for adaptability and creative problem-solving. I thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same and where finding efficiencies means more time for people to learn, implement, and grow. From these experiences, I’ve learned one thing for sure: the best solutions come from a mix of creativity, collaboration, and efficiency.

My love of things that are thoughtfully crafted with care continues into my personal world —whether it’s perfectly designed mid-century furniture, a balanced craft beer, or an unforgettable live performance. At home, I love creating delicious things for my family and friends in the kitchen (my apple pie is almost perfected), listening to audio books, and hanging out with my dog, Cookie— my most demanding (and adorable) supervisor.

What drew me to U of Digital was their unique blend of education, strategy, and innovation. I love working with teams that embrace new ideas, challenge the status quo, and are always looking for ways to improve. In my new role, I’m excited to ensure that U of Digital’s clients have a seamless, high-quality experience while helping the company scale and grow.
