My path through AdTech has been anything but linear. From leading content initiatives and marketing campaigns to driving business development, I’ve had the privilege of seeing the industry from multiple angles. I’ve cultivated partnerships, helped launch an AdTech media platform, organized industry events, and even created a DSP onboarding course.

What fascinates me most about AdTech is how a shift in any one area—be it economic conditions, technological capabilities, regulatory changes, or consumer behavior—can trigger a complete reshuffling of the entire industry. This constant evolution makes AdTech incredibly knowledge-intensive, where missing out on a single development can leave even seasoned professionals struggling to keep up.

I’ve observed numerous instances where accomplished executives, despite years of experience and strong industry connections, found themselves unable to command a room or close deals simply because they missed key updates or emerging trends. This challenge isn’t limited to individuals—entire organizations can struggle with knowledge gaps, even when they have experts in their ranks. The transfer of knowledge doesn’t happen organically, and facilitating it internally can be a complex undertaking.

This is precisely why joining U of Digital as Business Development Manager feels like a natural next step in my journey. 

U of Digital’s mission resonates deeply with my understanding of what the industry needs: comprehensive, continuous learning that addresses the key topics and challenges facing AdTech professionals today. Their thoughtful, holistic approach to enterprise learning, combined with careful assessment of knowledge gaps and needs, creates a powerful platform for industry education.

As I step into this new role, I’m excited to help U of Digital grow and evolve into a true “university for the industry.” The opportunity to contribute to building a platform that democratizes AdTech knowledge and helps professionals stay current in this fast-paced industry is incredibly motivating.

The future of AdTech will require more than just individual expertise—it demands a systematic approach to learning and knowledge sharing. I’m looking forward to connecting with industry professionals who share this vision and working together to build stronger, more knowledgeable teams across the AdTech ecosystem.
