Hi! I’m Madison Brisseaux and I’m so excited to join the U of Digital team as the Head of Customer Success.
I stumbled into ad tech when a friend convinced me to interview for a startup called The Trade Desk in 2012. During that interview, my head spun trying to keep up with the acronyms (CPM, CPA, DSP, SSP, DMP – why are they always three letters?!). But I was sure about one thing – this technology was about to revolutionize the industry. I accepted the job on the spot.
Over my 11 years at The Trade Desk, I wore many hats – from launching global partnerships with major clients, to collaborating with Product and Engineering to break into new channels like mobile and CTV, to building our first ever global onboarding program, and yes, to even installing toilet seats in our first NYC office. My guiding principle throughout my career has remained simple – do your best each day and help others do the same. We often try to overcomplicate things in business – especially in ad tech – when we really should be aiming to simplify. To focus on helping others succeed instead of gatekeeping.
This philosophy is what led me to U of Digital. Their ethos of making teams smarter is exactly what our industry needs more of today and in the future. Like the rest of the team at U of Digital, I love distilling complex topics into simple lightbulb moments. By empowering teams to feel more confident, knowledgeable, and capable in their roles, I’m excited to help customers unlock new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
On a more personal note, I’m always eager to chat about motherhood (currently navigating the wild toddler years), the foster care system (I’m a CASA advocate volunteer), and my passion for building community (I’m that person who knows everyone in the neighborhood).
